Chef de partie required in the lake district for a hotel working under a Sous chef and head Chef. The hotel is cooking at a rosette level, using fresh produce. Are you a chef de partie who enjoys fresh food, chef de partie £30k, live in if relocating.
The role
As a chef de partie to run a section in the kitchen, you will prep your section and ensure it ready for service. in service you will cook dishes from your section, ensure its all of a high standard. This role will include all the normal Chef de partie duties.
