Mobile Funeral Arranger
£24,609 per annum (£12.62 per hour) plus benefits. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Mobile role covering approximately 9 funeral homes in Hook and the surrounding West Berkshire and North Hampshire area.

What you’ll do
1. As a certified mobile funeral arranger, provide expert guidance and advice to help clients plan the perfect service and support with family visits.
2. Travel to meet clients and build relationships across your community.
3. Support with manual handling of coffins and the deceased.
This role would suit people who have
1. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
2. A passion for delivering great service and building relationships, plus comfort working independently—traveling to client meetings and managing within branches when necessary.
3. Excellent communication and admin skills, strong attention to detail to adhere to regulatory policies and processes.
4. High levels of empathy, discretion, and care.

As part of your application, you’ll complete an online assessment taking approximately 20 minutes.

In this role, you’ll work under FCA regulation. We will provide all necessary training to become a ‘certified colleague’.
To be eligible to advise on ‘pre-need’ funeral plans, FCA and financial integrity checks will be performed, including checks for financial sanctions like CCJs or bankruptcy. Your credit score will not be checked. Any employment offer is conditional upon passing these pre-employment screening checks.
