Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Procurement Agent to support the T-7A Red Hawk Supply Chain team in Berkely, MO. This role will include major sub-system contracting along with supporting future T-7 derivative efforts and campaigns.
Position Responsibilities:
* Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
* Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions
* Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements
* Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions
* Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues
* Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities
* Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* More than 5 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management.
* More than 5 years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.
* More than 5 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* Bachelor’s degree or higher
* More than 5 years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
* More than 5 years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
* More than 5 years of experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contracts

Summary pay range:
Level 4: $95,200 - $117,600
Level 5: $117,300 - $144,900
