The Assistant Maintenance & Building Surveyor is a varied role, engaging in a rage of tasks including, conducting inspections, diagnosing defects, and preparing reports and costing. The role offers the chance to ensure safety and functionality across the property portfolio, resulting in a rewarding blend of technical challenges and professional satisfaction whilst making a tangible difference to the community across Derby City.
