MacGregor Black is partnering with a high-growth consumer brand to appoint a Partnerships Manager.


We're looking for an agile Partnerships Manager to play a fundamental role in shaping PR and content strategy. Working closely with the Head of Digital Growth, you'll be experienced in finding the right commercial mix of PR, creators and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach. In this role, you will work alongside a TikTok agency, overseeing strategy, performance/ROI, affiliates, live content and operations, supported day-to-day by a Senior Social & Partnerships Executive who reports into you. Beyond creator communities, you'll also be adept in the fields of traditional PR and direct brand partnerships, with the confidence to spark, cultivate and manage business relationships both online and offline.


Key Responsibilities:


* Serve as TikTok platform manager and key account contact (supported by the Senior Social & Partnerships Executive), leading the strategy and its sustainable growth with the agency.
* Drive a unified TikTok organic social presence that reinforces the brand mission, ensuring consistency across content, tone and audience engagement.
* Lead and report on performance and success, providing regular insights and data-driven recommendations.
* Work alongside the agency to manage TikTok affiliates, including commission structures and tier management, ensuring a commercially sound and scalable affiliate programme.
* Own the TikTok Lives strategy, developing a structured approach to live content that drives engagement, reach and conversion.
* Understand TikTok backend management (including account settings, analytics, campaign setup), with day-to-day execution handled by the Senior Social & Partnerships Executive.
* Collaborate closely with the TikTok agency, aligning on cross-market strategy, content learnings and campaign activity.
* Directly manage the Senior Social & Partnerships Executive, responsible for day-to-day organic social activity, customer service, campaigns and TikTok Ads.
* Provide clear direction, creative briefs and performance targets, supporting their development and ensuring quality output.
* Drive a collaborative and high-performing team environment, with the ability to delegate effectively while maintaining strategic oversight.
* Ensure a unified social presence across all channels that reinforces brand positioning and delivers sustainable, long-term growth.
* Develop and scale a first-class content creator strategy across all social channels, with a primary focus on the growth of TikTok affiliates.
* Coordinate with the TikTok agency to maintain a data-driven and commercially mindful approach, with the ability to quickly pivot into trends and cultural moments, translating these into influencer-led creative concepts for organic and paid channels.
* Work with the TikTok agency on end-to-end outreach, recruitment and management of content creators and influencers across all levels, from UGC to brand ambassadors, including contract negotiations, creative briefs and brand alignment.
* Working closely with the Head of Digital Growth, cultivate direct creator relationships to support channel performance across Meta, TikTok and all D2C affiliate programmes, using a test-and-learn approach.
* Scale and maintain a vibrant community of content creators via online and offline events and networking opportunities.
* Lead and manage brand activations from concept through to execution, ensuring alignment with brand values and commercial objectives.
* Identify and develop activation opportunities that build awareness, deepen engagement and create compelling content for social channels.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure activations are integrated into the wider marketing calendar and communication strategy.
* Working with the Head of Digital Growth and the PR agency, coordinate the communication strategy and calendar, including online and offline media publications and creator networks.
* Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners, coordinating BAU management of TikTok, including creator gifting, performance analysis, campaign support and organic content.


What We're Looking For:


* An agile and innately creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a delivery-focused mindset.
* Experience with TikTok affiliates and a solid understanding of commercial performance metrics.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media, brand communications and/or PR, either brand or agency side.
* Experience managing or mentoring junior team members, with a collaborative and empowering leadership style.
* A confident communicator and relationship builder, with strong experience in agency management.
* Able to work at pace and to deadlines with confidence.
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
* Due to the 24/7 nature of social media and international markets, flexibility to adapt working hours where required (averaging 35 hours per week).
* Must hold a valid passport for global travel when necessary (particularly the US).

* Established relationships with TikTok.
* A strong interest in travel and lifestyle sectors.
