Job Title: Occupational Health Physician Location: Aberdeen / Hybrid working Salary: Competitive Salary Contract Type: Permanent / ad-hoc Hours: Part time Right to live and work in the UK is required for this role Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician (OHP) to join our team in Aberdeen. We are looking for someone who can commit to part‑time work or who is self‑employed and able to support us on an ad-hoc basis. The role involves supporting clients across the region, including those in the oil and gas sector, and includes a blend of onsite service delivery and home‑based work. Key Responsibilities You will be required to carry out: Telephone and face-to-face consultations Sickness absence management Attendance and performance case management Ill-health retirement advice Pre-placement consultations Health surveillance activities HAVS Tier 4 assessments Desirable: Oil and gas related assessments, including safety critical evaluations and fitness for task medicals Ideal Candidate This position is also well suited to a Doctor who has completed their Diploma in Occupational Medicine and is looking to transition into the Occupational Health sector as an OHP. Experience within the oil and gas industry is highly advantageous. Knowledge of offshore health standards, remote worker health considerations, and industry specific medical demands would be beneficial, though not required. We welcome applicants seeking regular part time work as well as self‑employed clinicians who can provide additional support when needed. Who Are We Looking For?
