SEND Broker Local Authority (North London) – Interim Contract Contract: Initial 3 months Hours: 36 hours per week Rate: £22.22 per hour (Umbrella) / £17.77 per hour (PAYE, exclusive) Location: Hybrid (office, home visits & community-based work) The Role A North London Local Authority is seeking an experienced SEND Broker to join their Procurement and Commissioning Hub on an interim basis. This is a key role supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) by coordinating and managing travel assistance arrangements. You will ensure transport solutions are safe, appropriate, and tailored to individual needs, while working closely with families, schools, and transport providers. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring young people can access education safely and reliably, while maintaining compliance with statutory guidance and delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service.
