Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Part-Time Care Team Leader to join a dedicated team in Sidmouth, Devon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to take on a leadership role and support high standards of care delivery.
Key Duties:
Oversee the care team and assign daily duties.
Ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks to meet residents' needs.
Mentor team members on proper techniques and procedures.
Administer medication as required.
Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and workflow.
Address any issues or concerns raised by team members and provide solutions.
Maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a leadership role within the care sector.
Strong knowledge of regulations and best practices, including medication administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay from £14.40 per hour.
Part-time hours: 7.30am - 8pm, 3 days per week.
Rotating weekday plus Saturdays and Sundays.
