The successful candidate will provide professional print room services to customers, including advice and operation of print, finishing, and other equipment according to specified requirements and turnaround times.
Responsibilities include stocking paper and toner, replacing components, cleaning, supporting the use of printers, copiers, and scanners, and assisting with stock control. Maintain paper and ICT-based systems and records, including computer systems for the designated service area; accurately input and retrieve data, ensuring it is stored securely and confidentially where appropriate, and that records are kept up to date.
