About the Role
Are you an experienced procurement professional looking for your next challenge? We're seeking an Senior Indirect Buyer to lead sourcing strategies across multiple categories, driving cost savings and supplier performance across the UK and Europe.
In this key role, you'll manage diverse procurement categories including Marketing, MRO, IT/Telecom, HR, Professional Services, and Logistics. You'll develop and deliver a five-year strategic plan, working closely with senior stakeholders and international teams to ensure consistent, cost-effective, and high-quality supplier solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple indirect categories.
* Drive cost-saving strategies and deliver measurable value to the business.
* Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal terms and service.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence procurement decisions and priorities.
* Develop and implement a five-year indirect procurement strategy focused on value creation and supplier performance.
* Partner with global colleagues to ensure alignment across regional procurement objectives.

About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience in indirect procurement, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
* Proven success in supplier negotiations and achieving significant cost savings.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Confident working across diverse categories and managing competing priorities.
* CIPS qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
