Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Roofing Contracts Manager to join our team.
The Role
As a Roofing Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing multiple roofing projects from start to finish. You’ll ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple roofing contracts simultaneously
* Plan project timelines, labour, and resource allocation
* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Monitor progress through regular site visits
* Ensure all work meets quality standards and building regulations
* Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control
* Handle contract variations, claims, and changes
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project delivery
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in roofing or construction contract management
* Strong knowledge of roofing systems and materials
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Good commercial awareness and cost management ability
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Solid understanding of UK health & safety and building regulations
