Maintenance Call Handler
Location: Slough
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hrs per week
Our client is looking for a Maintenance Call Handler. Previous experience within repairs, maintenance, or social housing would be an advantage.
The role involves tasks such as:
1. Providing excellent customer service to residents, tenants, and trade operatives
2. Taking and logging repair calls
3. Raising orders on the internal system
4. Dealing with queries and complaints
5. General admin duties such as filing, scanning, etc.
Skills and Experience Required:
* You must have a good telephone manner, be organized, have the ability to prioritize work, and pay attention to detail.
