Base pay range
We are currently seeking freelance Domestic Energy Assessors across the UK, qualified to produce Energy Performance Certificates, seeking additional ad hoc work.

Requirements
* Excellent communication skills
* Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently
* Fluency in English (verbal and written)
* A recent basic DBS, Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate (within last 3 years)
* Valid Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
* Valid Assessor ID
