About the Company

We are a rapidly growing shower enclosure manufacturer that has quickly established itself as a market leader following the launch of an innovative shower door concept.

Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated individual to join our dynamic and ambitious organisation.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator / Key Account Executive to support a busy sales team and manage customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with internal departments including Design, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Marketing, ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
* Processing and managing sales orders from start to finish
* Coordinating with internal teams to meet customer requirements and deadlines
* Maintaining strong relationships with distributors and customers
* Supporting after-sales service and resolving customer issues
* Assisting with promotions and customer training alongside the Marketing team
Requirements
* Previous experience in a sales, sales support, or customer service role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Bathroom or construction industry experience (desirable, not essential)
* Degree preferred but not essential
* Fluent English (additional languages advantageous)

* Competitive salary: £22,000 £28,000 DOE
