Role
* Work on complex and high-quality commercial real estate matters
* Provide clients with high quality and proactive legal advice that meets their needs
* Managing files, drafting contracts, checking titles, preparing initial reports to clients on initial paperwork and documentation
* Applying for and reporting on local searches, index map searches and any other relevant searches
* Undertaking and confirming exchange of contracts and advising parties
* Support senior team members with client work
You
* Ideally 1+ years PQE in commercial property law
* Commercially astute and strategic thinker
