* Lead the store to drive positive performance and create a positive working environment.
* Nurture the team and develop a culture focused on people and results.
* Develop and implement store improvement plans and manage resources to meet demand and maximise sales.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a customer-obsessed approach.
* Demonstrate emotional intelligence to support yourself, colleagues, and customers in difficult moments.
* Work as part of a winning team, learn from mistakes, and share lessons with others.
* Manage a team, select and develop colleagues, and collaborate with HR.
* Maintain a positive attitude that motivates others to commit to the store's goals.
Qualifications / Experience
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Clinical experience is desirable, but not required; the focus is on leadership and sales drive.
* Proven ability to develop plans, manage resources, and solve complex problems for colleagues and customers.
* Customer-focused mindset with a proven track record of delivering excellent service.
