About the Role:
The Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business and ensures our customers receive the best online experience and customer service. You will support and encourage your team to meet performance targets, ensuring quick refunds for returned items or that stock is packaged and ready to fulfill online orders.
To be a successful Stock Manager you will:
* Support the Store management team in back-of-house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager
* Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met
* Create an atmosphere of support, motivation, and inspiration within your team
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside your team
* Ensure communication is current and accurate to meet business needs

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will need to evidence their right to work in the UK before starting employment. This role is generally not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to Home Office requirements on skills level. Candidates should consider their own right-to-work options without Next sponsorship.
