Registered Manager Residential Children's Home Location: Kent Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Are you a passionate and experienced leader in children's residential care? We are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee our newly established children's home in Maidstone, Kent. About the Role: As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). The Registered Manager will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and providing a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
