LGV Class 2 (Cat C) Driver

£33,000 per annum

Working Hours:
* Core hours: 07:00 – 16:00
* Job and finish role
o Some days finish as early as 14:30–15:00
o Busier days may run until 16:30–17:00
* Flexibility offered where possible
The Role:
We are looking for a reliable and professional LGV Class 2 Driver to join a friendly, customer-focused transport team. This is a multi-drop role delivering to customers across the region, with a mix of local and occasional longer-distance routes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Multi-drop deliveries (average 16–25 drops per day)
* Longer-distance routes (e.g. Exeter) typically around 8 drops
* Vehicle checks and compliance
* Providing excellent customer service at every delivery point
* Returning pallets to site
Manual Handling:
* A small amount of handballing (crates/unloading)
* Most unloading completed by customers using FLT
* Drivers are trained on counterbalance FLT to unload pallets when back in the yard
Experience & Requirements:
* Valid LGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
* Ideally 1+ year LGV driving experience
* Multi-drop or similar delivery background preferred
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and customer service skills
* CPC & Digi Card required
