Senior Analyst – Hybrid (2 days/week, Hatfield)

As a Senior Analyst, you’ll work on high-impact projects across multiple areas:
* Routing & Delivery Optimisation: Improve delivery routes, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
* Network Planning & Scenario Modelling: Optimise operations over the next 3–18 months across people, vehicles, and assets.
* Labour Planning Transformation: Rebuild forecasting and scheduling for a flexible, efficient network.
* Data, Tooling & Reporting: Build a best-in-class analytics stack to power decision-making.
Across all projects, you’ll identify performance drivers, uncover inefficiencies, and deliver actionable insights that improve operational outcomes.
What we’re looking for
* Strong experience as an Analyst in a big data or complex operational environment.
* Expertise in SQL and familiarity with Excel, VBA, Python, R, or similar.
* Exposure to dbt or modern data transformation frameworks is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams.
