Position Overview:
We’re looking for an Installation Supervisor to oversee the final stages of our creative projects to make sure each build is packed, protected and delivered safely to site, ready for installation.
This hands-on role blends practical skills with co-ordination. You’ll lead the packing and dispatch process, working closely with the Senior Install Manager, the installation team and our in-house workshop.
From reading technical drawings and creating protective packaging to loading vehicles and arranging transport, you’ll ensure every project leaves on time, in great condition and ready for smooth installation.

What you’ll be doing:
* You’ll take the lead in carefully preparing, packing and wrapping all our outgoing projects so they’re ready for the journey.
* Use technical drawings to figure out the best way to take builds apart, protect them and pack them securely.
* Design and build custom crates, pallets and fixings to make sure everything travels safely and arrives in perfect condition.
* Put together clear packing lists, labels, invoices and carnets (when needed) so transport runs smoothly.
* Oversee—and get involved in—the safe and organised loading of vehicles before dispatch.
* Plan and pack the right tools, fixings and kit that our on-site teams will need for installations.
* Book and coordinate transport, making sure deadlines and project schedules are met.
* Keep dispatch and delivery in step with the wider project timeline.
* Stay calm and adaptable when transport or scheduling hiccups happen – problem-solving as you go.
* Maintain high standards of quality and finish on everything leaving the workshop.
* Ensure all wrapping and protective measures meet safety and quality requirements.
* Help keep track of stock levels for packing materials, tools and consumables.
* Support the writing and updating of method statements and build documentation.
* Work closely with our Installation Supervisors, Designers and Fabricators throughout the process.
* Share practical, on-the-ground suggestions for assembly and installation based on what’s needed on site.
* Keep open communication with the Senior Install Manager, flagging any risks, challenges, or delays early.
* To be the department’s point of contact at the workshop during installations, responding to requests from the on site team – whether that’s tools, hardware or extra materials – making sure they’re provided quickly and smoothly.
