Responsibilities
* Focus on Commercial, Residential & Mixed-Use Real Estate lending.
* Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, expanding the bank\'s customer base.
* Promote the bank\'s private banking services within the high-net-worth community.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Present clients borrowing requirements to underwriters and credit committees.
* Support the Head of Private Banking in representing the bank in the property market.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risk effectively.

The ideal candidate will have
* Proven relationship management skills in commercial/corporate Real Estate Finance.
* Excellent credit origination and deal structuring abilities.
* Experience in acquiring high-net-worth clients, preferably in a private bank or boutique setting.
* A track record of building and managing a client portfolio.
* Confidence in presenting to underwriters and credit committees.
* A passion for exceptional customer service.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management.
