Duties of the Service Advisor position:
12. Delivering expert advice and personalised customer care for vehicle servicing and repairs
13. Efficiently managing service booking schedules to optimise workshop workflow
14. Upselling additional services and repair work to maximise workshop revenue
15. Ensuring seamless communication between customers and technical staff
16. Accurately maintaining customer records and vehicle history
17. Fostering strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
Requirements for the Service Advisor role:
18. Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
