CUSTOMER SERVICES - IT’S A PEOPLE THING

It’s not about what you know. It’s who you are. As a Hire Controller, you’ll be responsible for looking after our customers, building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them do their jobs better.
In this role, you’ll deliver a top-tier service, using your product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your day will involve communicating with customers via phone, email, and website requests, managing orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, and owning the customer journey. You’ll need to think quickly, use your initiative, and ensure we provide the best experience possible while continually improving our service.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with customer service experience, preferably within the industry, who want to see the tangible impact of their work in a hands-on, operational, service-oriented environment.
