Community and Transition Support Worker Location: Edinburgh Contract Type: Permanent- full time Salary: £26,318 As a Community and Transition Team Support Worker you will work in partnership to provide practical, emotional, and social support to care-experienced and vulnerable children, young people (aged 16–26), and their families. Helping them stay safe, access housing and services, build strong relationships, and reach their full potential.
