Pareto is seeking to employ a Facilities Account Manager to oversee multiple accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional experience in people management, process implementation, and ownership of daily operations.
Experience working as a supplier delivering to clients is essential, along with a thorough understanding of M&E service delivery or a technical background. The candidate should be an excellent communicator capable of managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining high service standards.
We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven, professional, and hardworking individual. This role reports to the Senior Account Management team and involves managing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ownership of daily operations.
2. Conduct weekly operational briefings with client representatives to discuss challenges and opportunities.
3. Complete monthly management reports covering all services and sites, including PPM and H&S data, delivered within 10 days of the following month, and participate in quarterly strategic reviews.
4. Implement and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures for all service delivery functions.
5. Handle HR tasks such as appraisals, salary reviews, and disciplinary procedures for direct reports.
6. Manage subcontractors to ensure compliance and value for money.
7. Own small to medium-sized projects for clients.
Additional Areas:
Service Delivery:
1. Compile information and prepare account overviews for monthly reports.
2. Proficiently use key systems to support business queries.
3. Manage the renewal process within your portfolio.
H&S/Compliance:
1. Ensure all accounts meet high standards of H&S and compliance.
2. Conduct internal audits on your portfolio.
Human Resources:
1. Ensure appropriate use of holiday entitlement.
2. Participate actively in onboarding processes.
3. Manage performance, development, and training initiatives.
Finance:
1. Monitor and approve overtime.
2. Review monthly billing, confirm contract changes, and monitor spend against budgets.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
* At least 5+ years of relevant FM experience.
* IOSH Managing Safely qualification or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of FM service delivery across all service lines.
* Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
* Comfortable challenging standards and implementing change.
* Collaborative approach to team and process improvements.
