We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee our finance operations and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the finance leadership team to support and develop the business and finance functions.
* Oversee group financial control, including statutory reporting and intercompany requirements.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team.
* Manage operational cash flow within the group.
* Lead the payroll function.
* Ensure finance operations align with commercial objectives and provide insights into current and future financial risks.
This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional aiming for a strategic leadership position within a forward-thinking organization.
About The Candidate
To succeed, you should:
* Be fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
* Have the ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team while managing activities effectively.
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial colleagues.
* Stay updated with UK financial regulations and standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
* Demonstrate a mindset focused on continuous improvement, driving efficiencies in systems and reporting.
* Have strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Experience in change management and system implementation is beneficial but not essential.
