This role is ideal for a qualified professional looking to take on a leadership position, mentor a team, and manage a diverse portfolio of clients while maintaining high-quality audit standards.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and manage audits, acting as the main contact for clients, engagement partners, and your team.
* Handle all aspects of audit assignments, including planning, budgeting, time management, and file reviews.
* Mentor and support managers, qualified staff, and trainees, ensuring their professional development.
* Identify client development opportunities and assist in presenting pitches to potential clients.
* Promote firm-wide productivity and efficiency while maintaining audit quality.
What We’re Looking For:
* Fully qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent).
* Experience managing a portfolio with at least 70% audit work and leading audit teams, including group audits.
* In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 101, FRS 102, and IFRS.
* Strong communication skills with a commitment to client care and service.
* Motivated and driven with the ability to inspire and guide others.
