Property Services Team Leader – Administration Salary: £36,000 – £39,000 (depending on experience) Location: Rochester (Hybrid) with travel to London Bridge office twice a month Would you like to join Hyde as a Property Services Team Leader? As a Property Services Team Leader at Hyde, you will lead and manage a team across multiple sites, ensuring that all administrative support functions for Property Maintenance are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with excellent customer service. You will be responsible for managing performance, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring that internal and external customer needs are met across all channels (mail, email, web, and telephone). Responsibilities Lead and manage a team providing administrative support across all Property Maintenance functions. Ensure efficient handling of customer and contractor enquiries, Monitor team performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), taking action to address issues or improve processes. Provide advice and guidance to team members on complex administrative matters. Prioritise workloads and deploy team members flexibly to meet business needs. Act as a point of escalation for complex or challenging customer queries, resolving issues promptly or escalating when necessary. Analyse real-time and historical data to drive continuous improvement in service delivery. Maintain sufficient cover across the team and communicate any changes in resource availability. Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in team management, preferably in administrative or property services functions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on service delivery improvements. Ability to use data to monitor performance and drive process improvements. Experience in prioritising workloads, coaching teams, and managing multi-site operations.
