Job Description
An experienced Records Manager is currently sought in a varied and fulfilling permanent Records and Information Management role, based in Cambridge.
Key Job Responsibilities will include:
* Advising on Records Management, FOI and Data Protection, and Information Management matters.
* Managing response to requests under Freedom of Information and Data Protection legislation
* Maintaining the Records Retention Schedule and Information Asset Register.
* Undertaking information audits as necessary
This would suit a Records Management professional with relevant experience and ideally a Records and Information qualification.
Key Job and Person Specifications include:
* Experience in Records management practice and relevant legislation.
* Knowledge and understanding of Data Protection and Freedom of Information legislation.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
A relevant qualification in Records Management is desirable, as is experience with records retention schedules.
There is scope to be considered on either a Full Time or Part Time basis of at least 3 days per week.
