Position: Channel Development Manager

Your Role

We are on the lookout for a passionate Channel Development Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will manage existing client accounts while driving new business development as part of our vendor team. Your mission will be to foster strong relationships between our business area, regional teams, and vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will report directly to the Director and be part of a fun, diverse team.


What Will You Be Doing at Arrow ECS?

* Develop and nurture relationships between Arrow Global services and potential customers.
* Identify and generate new business leads, crafting detailed business plans with key strategic partners to meet quarterly revenue targets.
* Spot new business opportunities, including emerging markets, growth areas, and innovative products and services.
* Facilitate business opportunities for designated vendors by leveraging strategic channel partners.
* Implement promotional strategies that align with established business plans for maximum impact.
* Plan and oversee new business initiatives.
* Research organizations and key stakeholders to uncover new opportunities.
* Enhance sales by leveraging Arrow's diverse portfolio of services.
* Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to expand your network.
* Develop quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
* Set and achieve goals for the development team and overall business growth.


What Are We Looking For?

* Experience in customer service, sales, or business development within a relevant sector.
* Proven ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
* A collaborative spirit, capable of running upsell campaigns and expanding market share with key partners.
* Strong presentation skills to create professional business materials and engage with customers and partners.
* Solid understanding of the market and the value a distributor brings to the channel.
* Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels.
* Fluency in English.
