Role Overview
This pivotal leadership role focuses on Commercial & Industry (C&I). You will lead a practice with an established client base across major accounts, shaping the team's future while driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage, coach and develop team members to reach their full potential while maintaining billing performance.
* Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering market insight, salary benchmarking and talent strategy advice.
* Business Development: Identify and win new business through networking, referrals and proactive outreach.
* Candidate Attraction: Source and engage high‑quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and your network.
* Recruitment Delivery: Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from brief to offer, ensuring a smooth professional experience for clients and candidates.
* Offer & Negotiation: Support clients and candidates through terms negotiation and manage best package for candidates at offer stage.
* Compliance & CRM: Keep accurate records in Bullhorn and ensure alignment with GDPR, employment law and internal standards.
* Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and share insights with clients.
* Team Collaboration: Live our values of care, ambition and humility, contributing to a high‑performing inclusive culture.
Qualifications
* Mid‑Senior level experience in recruitment leadership.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Track record of winning new business and delivering on commission targets.
* Strong communication, coaching and team culture skills.
* Knowledge of compliance, GDPR and recruitment CRM best practices.
Benefits
Flat 15% commission to settle in, then 33% of any NFI up to £800k and 40% on billings beyond that. Additional earning streams include management overrides, cross‑selling and referral bonuses. Interview Process
* Call with TA team.
* 1st Stage – Commercial focused conversation with hiring manager or team lead.
* 2nd Stage – In‑person competency‑based interview.
* Psychometric assessment.
* Final Stage – Business case presentation and meet the wider team.
