A proactive and detail-oriented Accessories Product Developer to support the team in bringing designs from concept to production. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accessory construction and materials, excellent organisation, and a keen eye for quality. Support the development team in managing seasonal processes across accessories, ensuring all styles are delivered to the required standard and timeline.
• Assist with maintaining the Critical Path and all development documentation.
• Conduct quality checks on all incoming samples, ensuring construction, finishing, trims and hardware meet standards.
• Liaise with Materials team on fabric bases, leathers, trims, hardware and testing requirements.
• Support cross-functional teams including Brand, Content and Production with sample management and seasonal
Degree in Fashion Accessories, Product Development, Design, Technology or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in accessories development role (3+ years)
• A strong eye for detail, quality and brand alignment
• Highly organised with the ability to manage several projects in tandem
• Familiarity with overseas suppliers.
Experience with leather goods development
• In-house brand experience
