We have an exciting opportunity to join the Finance team in an experienced Finance Assistant- Junior Management Accountant capacity, focussed on our parent Group (Flying Trade Group) finances.
This is a varied full time role, working closely with the Management Accountant, on site/in person, from our Head Office close to Ardleigh, near Colchester.
This Finance role encompasses multiple accounting responsibilities, including;
* Raising Invoices for Residential and Commercial tenants
* Allocating rental payments
* Recharging and accounting for split property charges
* Supporting Preparation of Property accounts
* Reconciliation of Debtors
* Preparing Rental schedules
* Assisting in preparation of Cash Flow forecasts
* Intercompany Reconciliations
* Bank reconciliations
To be successful Finance Assistant- Junior Management Accountant applicants should ideally have;
* AAT at Level 3 minimum, or equivalent experience
* Finance or Accounting experience in finance team of a commercial organisation
* Calm, methodical working manner
* Numerical Dexterity, with ability to interpret and communicate this with stakeholders of all levels
* Experience with multi site, multi properties or charity is advantageous
