Contract Type: 6-Month FTC
Rate/Salary: Approx. £51,000 pa or £265 pd (Umbrella)
About the Company Our client is a leading, globally recognized financial institution. They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to join their dynamic Finance department on a 6-month basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a prestigious corporate environment, supporting senior leadership.
The Role In this critical support role, you will ensure the seamless day-to-day operations of the Finance leadership team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced banking environment, possesses meticulous attention to detail, and is a subject matter expert in corporate expense management.
Key Responsibilities
* Calendar Management: Take full ownership of complex, high-volume diaries for multiple senior executives, anticipating needs and adjusting schedules dynamically.
* Global Travel: Organize end-to-end international travel, producing detailed itineraries and managing last-minute changes.
* Concur & Expenses: Lead the preparation, submission, and tracking of complex corporate expenses using Concur, strictly adhering to corporate policy guidelines.
* Meeting & Event Logistics: Schedule global conference calls across multiple time zones, manage board/meeting rooms, and prepare highly confidential financial documents and presentations.
* Gatekeeping: Professionally field calls and inquiries, acting as a trusted gatekeeper for the leadership team.
* General Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative cover for the wider team when necessary, ensuring smooth departmental operations.
What We Are Looking For
* Significant track record as an EA supporting C-suite or senior executives, preferably within a large matrixed organization or financial institution.
* Strong Concur Knowledge: Must be highly proficient in processing high-volume travel and expenses via Concur.
* Expert-level skills in Microsoft Outlook and a strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
* A proactive, "one-step-ahead" mindset with the ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running.
* Absolute professionalism, resilience, and experience handling highly sensitive information.
