LEGAL COUNSEL, 12 + MATERNITY COVER
4 YEARS' PQE, GBP 85,000 DOE, LONDON / HYBRID. An established organisation is looking for a Legal Counsel on a maternity cover contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused solicitor to provide high quality legal advice.
* Responsibilities: Support procurement and contracting processes to ensure effectiveness and sound risk management.
* Draft and review third‑party contracts, manage standard terms and conditions, and support the preparation of essential contractual documentation.
* Conduct legal research and prepare briefings on competition law, public procurement, contract law, and intellectual property.
* Possess in‑depth knowledge of contract law, company, commercial, regulatory, competition, procurement, governance, and data protection law.
