Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Blantyre. As a member of the team, the candidate will be responsible for participating in the design and project management phases of architectural projects. Day‑to‑day tasks include preparing technical drawings, collaborating with team members across disciplines, contributing to client presentations, and ensuring project timelines are met. The candidate will also engage in discussions about sustainability and environmental impact to inform design decisions.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Architectural Design, Technical Drawing, and 3D Modelling tools
* Strong skills in Interior Design and Creative Concept Development
* Project Management and Planning expertise
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Knowledge of sustainable practices and regulations in the construction industry
* Architectural qualification or related certifications
* Experience working in the private or public sectors is advantageous
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
