Job Opportunity: In-House Mortgage and Property Finance Advisor
Location: Bromley, Greater London
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 9:00 am-5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25, base salary + uncapped commission

Our client is a thriving estate agency that offers a steady stream of quality inbound leads, allowing you to focus on what you do best: advising clients and closing deals.
What You'll Do:
1. Handle a high volume of pre-qualified inbound leads
2. Advise clients on tailored mortgage and finance solutions
3. Manage cases from initial enquiry through to successful completion ️
4. Build strong relationships with clients and lenders
5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards
Types of Lending Covered:
6. Limited company buy to let
7. HMO (House in Multiple Occupation)
8. Short term and holiday lets
9. Commercial property finance
10. Bridging finance
11. Residential mortgages
Note: Experience across all lending types is not essential. A willingness to learn and develop is key!
What They're Looking For:
12. Experience in mortgage or property finance preferred
13. Strong communication and client management skills
14. Ability to manage a busy pipeline efficiently
15. Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

Commission Structure:
20. 20% commission on monthly revenue exceeding £6,
21. 30% commission on monthly revenue exceeding £20,
22. Commission is calculated at the end of each month and paid on the last working day of the following month
