Hayes Fuels, a family owned business, is one of Irelands leading coal importers and oil distributors. Established in 1988, Hayes Fuels has gone from strength to strength to become a major player in the fuel industry.
We are currently recruiting for a Weighbridge / Sales Office Administrator for our Head Office at 146 Pomeroy Road, Donaghmore, Dungannon, Co Tyrone, BT70 2TY. Temporary role for 6 months, however may be extended or made permanent.
Main Duties:
* Weighbridge Duties
* Accurately processing of sales orders, raising despatch notes and invoicing.
* Answering telephones.
* Receipting of cash/cheques from customers
* Manage and maintain goods in spreadsheet
* Input all stock GRN's into system and match to purchase invoices
* Timely completion of all daily, weekly and monthly office functions, including the completion of work sheets and checklists.
Essential Criteria
* At least 2 years experience of computerised accounting systems and working in a similar busy office environment.
* Excellent computer skills – email, excel, word
* Good Analytical skills
* Work to deadlines
* Pro-active approach to work
* Excellent communication skills
Desirable Criteria:
* Similar Industry Experience
* Accounting systems experience – Sage/Perito
Hours of work – 40 per week. Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Temporary role for 6 months, however may be extended or made permanent.
Required to work 1 Saturday morning in 4 during winter season [October – March]
Salary negotiable depending on experience
