Senior Human Resources Business Partner – Corporate Functions
Location: London, England, United Kingdom
Reporting to the HR Director, you will partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support the organization’s goals in a matrix environment.
Responsibilities
* Shape and lead a local people strategy that supports regional and global objectives.
* Manage a multi‑year workforce transformation programme, delivering a new Target Operating Model.
* Lead end‑to‑end talent management, including hiring, onboarding and succession planning.
* Drive a positive employee and candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
* Develop a sustainable workforce model with strategic location and talent planning.
* Partner with leaders on M&A activity, ensuring people considerations are integrated from due diligence to integration.
Qualifications
* Proven HR business partnering experience in a matrix, fast‑paced environment.
* Strategic focus on the HR operating model and the ability to partner with Centres of Excellence.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills and confidence to challenge decisions.
* Data‑driven insight to inform discussions and influence strategy.
* Learning mindset and ability to source external best practice.
* Coaching skills to support the leadership team on people and development issues.
