Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £147.00 per shift + commissions, equivalent to £29,000-£32,000 per year
Schedule: 12-hour shifts from 10am to 10pm.
Guaranteed: 15-16 shifts per month. Additional shifts may be available upon request, for those interested in more hours.
Days off: 15 full days off every month.
Additional pay:
* Commission for selling luxury treatments (£250-£400 per month)
* 19.6 days paid holiday (£2,610.72 per year)
* Paid break for lunch and dinner every shift (Approx. 1h in total)

We are looking for a Luxury Spa Receptionist to manage the front desk of our high-end spa, 7 Bali Spa, in central London. The right candidate should be punctual, numerate, organised, able to multitask and have a friendly lively personality. This is a customer service role so it is important to make sure every guest has the perfect experience from the moment they enter the spa right until they leave.
About 7 BALI SPA:
We are a luxury Spa in the Centre of London, just off Oxford Street, offering authentic Balinese massages, Hammam treatments, body wraps, facials, slimming massages, etc. Our mission is to offer the highest quality of treatments and service with excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
* Answering client calls and emails, managing bookings, and confirming appointments
* Greeting clients warmly, escorting them to treatment rooms, and notifying assigned staff members of arrivals
* Processing payments and managing daily transactions
* Tracking costs and revenues, opening and closing the spa, and managing daily cash float
* Reporting on staff performance, maintaining records, and assisting with schedules
* Serving drinks and refreshments to guests as needed
* Promoting spa services and upselling treatments and products
* Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
* Assisting the salon manager with administrative tasks
* Other responsibilities communicated by the spa management from time to time
Requirements:
-Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is essential. Further training is provided.
-Skills: Fluent in English, strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with software's such as Excel and Gmail
-Qualities: Presentable, Trustworthy, and able to take initiative.
