Role Summary
As a Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will work across a wide spectrum of industry sectors, from Consumer Products to Telecommunications, transforming client businesses through the Salesforce.com platform.
Your role
 * Collaborate closely with Salesforce Functional Consultants to design and build tailored client solutions.
 * Serve as a Salesforce SME within the DCX practice, contributing to capability building and leveraging AI‑driven tools like Agentforce.
 * Develop on the Salesforce platform using declarative and programmatic tools, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and JavaScript.
 * Support agile delivery teams and contribute to DevOps best practices (e.g., Copado, Flosum, Gearset, AzureDevOps).
 * Work directly with clients, building consulting skills in communication, design thinking, and stakeholder engagement.
Your Skills And Experience
 * Salesforce technical experience covering one or more of the main clouds: Sales, Service or Commerce, with experience using LWC, Vlocity or Field Service Lightning.
 * Experience working on large, complex end‑user or client projects involving several hundred Salesforce end users.
 * Hold certifications in Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I & II, JavaScript Developer I, and at least one consultant‑level credential.
 * Experience with agile project delivery and collaboration within a team of skilled Salesforce developers.
 * Proven communication skills to translate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders; experience working with 3rd‑party delivery partners and AppExchange vendors (e.g., Mulesoft, Copado).
Pre‑employment Checks
 * Identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history for 3 continuous years.
 * Unspent criminal record check (Disclosure and Barring Service).
Hybrid Working
The work location varies based on role, needs, and business; a blend of company offices, client sites and home, with no ability to work from home 100% of the time.
Security Clearance
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks required. No nationality or residency restrictions, but further checks may be required for residency outside the UK in the last 3 years.
