Sous Chef Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
* Preparing and cooking food to a high standard across all services
* Assisting with stock control, ordering and kitchen cleanliness
* Contributing ideas to menus and seasonal changes
* Ensuring food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards are maintained
* Training and mentoring junior members of the kitchen team
