What You'll Do
* Provide personal care and medication support
* Help with meals and light household tasks
* Support clients to remain independent
* Accompany clients to appointments and activities
* Travel between clients' homes in the Gosport area
What We're Looking For
* Available for morning, evening, or split shifts
* Minimum availability of 25 hours per week
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
