Job Title: Secondary Sports Coach
Location: Redbridge
Salary: £85–£120 per day (PAYE)
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only

We’re working with a brilliant secondary school in Redbridge that’s on the lookout for someone who lives and breathes sport, but knows how to keep it inclusive, fun, and structured. You don’t need to be a Premier League coach—just someone who’s passionate, positive, and gets the best out of every child, whether they’re footy mad or still learning to catch.
The role includes:
* Leading PE lessons across KS3 and KS4 (planning provided)
* Running active games and structured activities at break and lunch
* Supporting pupils with motor skills and confidence building
* Helping out in the classroom when needed—teamwork makes the dream work
This job’ll suit someone who:
* Has experience coaching kids (in schools, clubs, or community groups)
* Can keep kids engaged, active, and smiling—even on soggy Tuesdays
* Knows how to manage behaviour with confidence and kindness
* Loves being part of a school team and mucking in where needed
Got a sports coaching qualification or experience in schools? Even better.
