Duties and responsibilities related to the Breakfast Chef de Partie role
* Prepare and cook a wide variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and consistency.
* Assist in planning and developing breakfast menus, considering seasonal ingredients, guest preferences, and dietary requirements.
* Manage inventory for breakfast ingredients, ensuring that supplies are ordered and stocked appropriately for morning service in the hotel.
* Monitor and control food costs, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of ingredients in line with hotel budget guidelines.
* Work collaboratively with other chefs to deliver a seamless breakfast service.
About you
You possess proven experience working the Breakfast shifts in a luxury hotel environment. You will have strong culinary skills, with a deep understanding of breakfast cuisine and various cooking techniques. Flexibility for the role is required as shifts will vary, with an early start.
