Are you a natural leader with a passion for food safety, quality, and operational excellence? We're looking for a Production Shift Lead to join our team in Bodmin and play a key role in driving performance, maintaining high standards, and supporting our people.

What You'll Do:
* Lead by example in promoting a culture of food safety and quality.
* Organise and oversee the work of Line Leaders across high-risk and low-risk areas.
* Monitor production output, resolve performance issues, and implement improvements.
* Conduct team briefs, manage daily headcount, and coordinate staff movements.
* Ensure accurate timekeeping and support payroll processes.
* Participate in staff disciplinaries and return-to-work procedures.
* Maintain food safety records and complete quality checks.
* Respond to customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
* Collaborate with the HACCP team and support internal/external audits.
* Drive innovation and efficiency across slicing lines and production processes.
