As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll lead commercial delivery on multiple projects, taking ownership of procurement, forecasting and commercial risk management. Role Overview You will be responsible for: * Full commercial leadership on live projects. * Preparing cost plans, budgets and contract documentation. * Subcontract procurement and negotiation. * Managing valuations, variations and commercial reporting. * Final accounts and contract administration. * Monitoring risks, cost forecasts and supply chain performance. * Working closely with site teams, clients and consultants. * Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff. About You * QS or SQS experience with a main or regional contractor. * Strong understanding of procurement, cost control and JCT contracts. * Experienced working across multiple sectors or varied project types. * Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills. * Able to plan workload, manage deadlines and work collaboratively. * Motivated to represent the business professionally with clients and partners. * Full UK driving licence.
