Role: Care Team Leader - Nights
The Home: Downing House is a Good CQC rated residential care home offering dementia care in Withington, Manchester, providing high-quality care for up to 25 residents.
Shift Times: 8pm - 8am
Hours: 36 Hours Available. Weeknights and Alternative Weekends
Pay: £14.34p/h - £14.80p/h
The Role of Care Team Leader - Nights
* Our Care Team Leaders are central to our operations. As the recognized Senior Carer on a shift, you'll have overall responsibility for monitoring the health, care, and social needs of residents.
* Preparation, implementation, and review of personal care plans, including administering medication.
* Supervise, support, coach, and develop other team members, and liaise with residents' families and other involved parties. Ensuring residents' needs and wishes are at the heart of our care.
* Take the lead during emergencies or when staff or residents need assistance.

About You
* Experienced Carer, ideally with a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent, or committed to working towards it.
* Good organizational and staff management skills. Proficient in writing and updating Care Plans, and administering medication.
* Passionate and committed to providing exceptional care to residents, their families, and friends.
