Your new role
Your new role will be a fully remote-working role, carrying out stock condition surveys on electronic devices. You will work remotely and will record data on the internal and external elements of social housing properties for life-cycle refurbishment data.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need a background in property surveying and experience carrying out stock condition surveys or as a Property Surveyor for a housing provider. You will have knowledge of the HHSRS and the ability to effectively diagnose damp and mould issues in houses.
What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive an excellent per survey rate, with very realistic on-target earnings of £1,250 - £1,500 per week. Access to properties is very good.
The role falls outside the scope of IR35 regulations and an assessment has been carried out to allow us to pay LTD. company workers into their business account.
PAYE workers also welcome and it is the choice of the candidate.
